  • H.E Mr. Muhammed Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan attended the Official Inauguration Ceremony of the President and Vice President of the Maldives on 17th November 2018.​
  • H.E. Mr. Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan undertook an official visit to Maldives from 25 to 27 July 2017 to participate in the celebrations of the 52nd Independence Day of the Maldives on 26 July 2017 as Chief Guest.​
